The Fall of Stiria was the decades-long decline and eventual dissolution of the once-great kingdom of Stiria. It began with a coup d'état in 1726, developed from infighting and divisions amongst the new nobility, and culminated in a seven-year civil war and the partitioning of the kingdom into the states of Nevrestir, Sirestir, and Norastir in 1762.
